More people stated that during the elections that took place on 5 april 2009 at the Moldavian Embassy in Bucharest, the voting stamps in the voting rooms were leaving a ink stain instead of the word “Votat” on the voting bulletins.
It is just a supposition but it is possible that this was part of the communist plan to declare the bulletins as being non-valid.
