5 April – ELECTIONS FALSIFIED by VORONIN (third time in a row)
The elections were NOT FRAUDED all went in accordance with procedure and law, all observers confirmed this (http://www.publictv.md/ro/International_Observers_Elections_Conference_Preliminary_Conclusions-06.04.2009) on minute 2:39 and text (http://www.osce.org/documents/odihr/2009/04/37142_en.pdf).
